Last Monday we were recovering from a blizzard that dumped 17″ of heavy snow. This Monday only stubborn snow banks remain and the weather is definitely springlike. Robins are hopping all over, searching for worms and other good eats.

Wild Geese Straight Furrows

This weekend I finished piecing the baby quilt top that I shared last week for the Fat Quarter Shop, and I love the happy spring colors! I plan to try a two-fabric binding for the first time because I have a bit of coordinating pink fabric to add some sparkle.
